1(800) 457-1459 Looking for separating/retiring military personnel. Large enough to provide steady reliable work with benefits yet small enough to know your name! Sherman Bros Trucking has been in business since 1969 when Leroy Sherman purchased a small moving and storage business in Eugene, OR. Over the years the business evolved into Oregon's largest flatbed trucking fleet with 400 employees and 350 trucks. Our mission is to "Safely service our customers with quality specialized transportation services that meet their customers' needs." Providing extensive service throughout the United States and Canada with a focus on the western states has made us a leader in specialized transportation services. We offer long haul, regional, local, and tanker driving opportunities. Other positions available from time-to-time include sales, dispatch, accounting, recruiting, training, maintenance repair, and maintenance control.
Home Time
Long haul drivers are out an average of six to ten days with one to two days off between times out. Those that live along the I-5 corridor are often able to stop at home during their trips out. Regional heavy haul qualified drivers operate in the Pacific Northwest/Canada and normally get home on weekends while local drivers get home most nights. When special needs come up we are flexible and will work diligently to satisfy your home time needs; we are committed to taking care of our drivers and quality of life issues receive top priority.
