Chief Mike Taylor also recently departed Osan AB ROK the last in a long line of Chiefs to head the Vehicle Operations Flight under the Transportation Sq umbrella. L-R: TSgt Brian McGee, Chief Dispatcher, MSgt Andre Figures, Ops Supervisor, Chief Taylor Ops Manager, Mr Song, Civilian Foreman, 1Lt Gretchel Lealogo, Flight Commander. Also pictured 15 of the 24 civilian operators all gathered to say farewell to Chief Taylor who is now at Ramstein AB GE. Mike see you in GE!

First in with the correct answer to last trivia was Al Sanders from McChord AFB WA: 8 additional days
Effort for 7 painters for 31 days= 7 X 31 = 217 man days
Effort by 7 painters for 7 days = 7 X 7 = 49 man days
Job still requires 217-49 = 168 man days and there are 21 painters available to do it. Additional effort by 21 painters for 168 man days = 168/21 = 8 days. WHEW!

GRANDPA:
My grandson is about as many days as my son is weeks, and my grandson is as many months as I am years.
My son, grandson and I are together 140 years.
Can you tell me my age in years?

"PRIDE IN RIDE"
Check out Chief (R) Glenda Ferrara's new 2002 Buell Blast and 2003 Harley Dyna Low Rider. To pay for these little luxuries I have become a Motorcycle Safety Foundation and Harley Davidson nationally certified Motorcycle Safety Instructor. I am currently teaching basic rider courses at SouthWest TX University in San Marcos TX and Rider's Edge at Javelina Harley Davidson in Boerne TX. Life after retirement is indeed good!

Although I don't have a picture I would like to say Congratulations to Mr (CMSgt Ret)Bill Gathings of McConnell AFB KS, who recently retired after 45 years combined service in vehicle operations. I knew Bill many years ago and wanted to publicly say thank you for all those years of dedicated service to our country.
