TSgt Dave Plouff of 4th Vehicle Operations Seymour Johnson AFB NC, deployed to a place I never heard of and couldn't pronounce on a bet, uses the boom of an M-series wrecker to lower a rotor assembly and blades onto a spanish helicopter. When you need the job done - who ya gonna call? Veh Ops of course! To Dave and all of our 2T1s deployed all over the world, America knows you are there and we applaud your efforts every day!
