I'm not sure, but this sure looks like an Army operation at Osan AB ROK. Veh Ops professionals would NEVER do this!

Several members of the 5th Combat Comm @Robins AFB GA recently received rocognition for providng cradle to grave support for the Wing ORI Convoy. They inspected 144 vehicles and coordinated with local law enforcement prior to and provided MX and Wrecker support during their convoy operations.

Veh Ops members were TSgt Mike Harris, TSgt Charles Jost, SSgt Allen Frederick, SSgt Lisa Lee, SrA Mike Spring and AIC Stan Hale Jr. Veh MX team members were, TSgt Bob Forrester, SSgt Jeff Bielanin, SSgt Tim Burns, SSgt Joe Edwards, SSgt Tom Perry II, SSgt Greg Sewell, SSgt Jason Williams, SrA Stuart Vaughn and Amn Jared Moore. In addition to team awards TSgt Jost received the only 5th CCS individual Superior Performance Award. Great teamwork folks!

A BENEFIT YOU CAN"T PUT A PRICE ON

This is not to endorse club membership, just a nice story about how others see the USAF as told by the airman's 1st Sgt. Amn Tyrell Tyson come into the Air Force on 26 Jan 2000. On 28 Jan 2001 he was sitting at the Super Bowl thanks to USAF Services Agency. He won tickets for being a club member. . One story he told me about was on the day of the Super Bowl. He was in line waiting to get in. There was a sea of people in front of him. An older gentleman (whatever means older to a 21 year old) in front of him asked, "You look a little young to be at the Super Bowl. How did you get your tickets?" Amn Tyson answered (his smile beaming from ear to ear, if you ever met Amn Tyson you would undrstand the smile), I am in the Air Force and won a contest from our club." The gentleman turned teary eyed, hugged Amn Tyson and said, "You guys in the Air Force are great. I really appreciate what you do for us." Then he yelled to the crowd, "Hey, I got an Air Force guy guy coming through. Make a hole and make it wide." The sea of spectators (2,000 or so) opened up and let Amn Tyson get to the head of the line. Amn Tyson had never seen anything like it. The folks actually moving, watching his every step, smiling as he passed, proud of him for serving in the Air Force. Amn Tyson was speechless. He told me when he got back this moment meant more to him than anything else he saw or heard. Folks, It doesn't get any better than that!

HOW COOL IS THIS!
